LayBy We like to make your SunnyBAG shopping, whether it is a gift for others or for yourself, an easy and enjoyable experience. We therefore offer a layby so you can pay off at your convenience. To set up a layby, please send an email detailing your product selection and address to info@sunnybag.co.nz We will respond by email with a confirmation of price, a layby reference number and banking details for you to pay.   Conditions are as follows: In accordance with the New Zealand Layby Sales Act 1971, SunnyBAG offers you a payment option in which you can pay off your SunnyBAG over two months after paying a 20% deposit. Before making your first payment, please contact us at info@sunnybag.co.nz to guarantee availability of the item you wish to purchase. The payment of your first deposit is your agreement to abide by these conditions. * Please ensure you include your name and layby reference number with every payment.   Unless agreed to by both SunnyBAG and the customer, you are entitled to no more than three months (from the date of first deposit) to pay off the full price of the SunnyBAG, including shipping costs. The deposit will be only 20% of the price of the bag (including shipping costs). If you wish to cancel your layby, you will be refunded all that you have deposited minus a fee of only 10% of the price of the bag including shipping. Once you have paid off your layby, the item is still under the same terms and conditions as the rest of our SunnyBAG products, our one year guarantee starting from the date of your last payment.
