Warranty
If a product is defective or of low quality it is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase, if not stated
otherwise. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents or damage arising from misuse of the
product. If you believe you may be covered by this warranty please get in touch with us before sending it back
to us. In the case where items are defective we will replace the item, repair it or if neither of the above is
possible will provide a full refund for the cost of the product (excluding any shipping costs).
How do I return a product?
If for any reason you’re not happy with any items you order via our website, you can return them by sending
them back to our Head Office in New Zealand. Custom made products and special offers cannot be returned.
We can either give you a refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you
may prefer (of equal or lesser value).
From receipt of your order you have 5 days to return/exchange items with proof of purchase provided you
have complied with our returns policy. Special offers are excluded from returns or exchange conditions.
Goods returned for restocking are subject to a fee of 20% of invoice value.
Please note that goods have to be returned in original conditions, undamaged packaging along with your
returns note.
Some products might be sealed, e.g. the battery pack. The products cannot be returned once opened or the
seal has been broken.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING: When you return an item by post you must state how you would like us to
process your return, whether you want an exchange or a refund. Exchange items must be of equal or lesser
value. If the item you exchange for is of lesser value than the original item, we will refund the difference to the
card used to make the original purchase.
RETURNING purchased online can only be returned or exchanged provided they have not been worn or
used.
If you feel that you have received an item that faulty or defective, please contact us before returning the item.
We will indicate if we require the item to be returned or not. (In most cases we will).
Like any store you purchase from, all claims for refund, warranty or repair are on a return to base or return to
store basis. This means you need to return the item to us at your expense. We will cover any additional freight
costs for sending out replacements or returning the item to our suppliers for assessment.
